We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court imposing the death penalty upon appellant Jason James Mahn. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, Â§ 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm Mahns first- degree murder convictions but vacate the sentences of death and remand with directions that the trial court impose a sentence of life imprisonment without eligibility of parole for twenty-five years for Debra Shankos killing and conduct a new sentencing proceeding for Anthony Shankos murder.
